Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
FUEL Innovation Design & Manufacturing Inc. (“FUEL,” “we,” “us”) operates fuelsolarlift.com and makes the FUEL Solar Lift. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, for commercial activity across provincial and national borders, Canada’sPersonal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only the personal information necessary to respond to you and to provide our products and services:
- Information you give us when you submit our contact, support, or order form — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, company, and the contents of your message or inquiry.
- Technical information automatically logged when you visit, such as your IP address and basic request data, kept by our hosting and security providers for reliability and abuse prevention.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots; it processes limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and orders, provide product support, and keep records of our dealings with you. We use it only for the purposes identified at the time of collection or as otherwise permitted or required by law, and we rely on your consent — which you give by submitting a form — for these purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We do use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site and deliver your message to us:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Resend — transactional email delivery of your form submission to our team.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and only as needed to provide their service. They are located in the United States, so information you submit is transferred to and processed outside Canada; while it is outside Canada it may be accessible to foreign courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities under the laws of that jurisdiction. We may also disclose personal information where required or authorized by law.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, to maintain our business records, and to meet legal requirements — after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information appropriately to its sensitivity.
Your rights
Subject to legal and contractual limits, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a requested product or service). We will respond to verified requests as required by PIPA and PIPEDA.
